Part Time - On Assignment Model
The Patient Care Coordinator is a key member of the Mediipal team and has direct impact on the business. Mediipal believes in imparting best-in-class hospitality to all it’s patients whereby assisting in the process of treatment and healing
Roles and Responsibilities :
Be the Brand Ambassador of Mediipal Healthcare Solutions
Be the single point of contact for the allocated patient
Ensure presence with the patient in the hospital as instructed by Mediipal management and assist in all hospital formalities
Ensure best-in-class hospitality is given to the patient
Ensure that the patient feels at home whereby providing a great healing experience
Preferred Candidate :
Excellent communication skill
Must be able to speak Hindi, English and Bengali
Ability to communicate in Kannada is an added advantage

Patient Counsellor
Part Time/Work From Home
The Patient Counsellor is a critical member of the Mediipal team and has direct impact on the patient base for the organization. Mediipal believes in facilitating best-in-class treatment from multispeciality hospitals. The Patient Counsellor is the first point of contact for all patient query and assists in identifying the right hospital.
Roles and Responsibilities :
Be the Brand Ambassador of Mediipal Healthcare Solutions
Be the first point of contact for all patient queries
Understand the ailment and help in identifying the right hospital for treatment
Ensure all patient documents are reviewed by the doctors and communicate the course of action to the patient
Prepare a detailed cost itinerary for the patient and assist in confirmation
Coordinate and arrange patient’s accommodation, VISA requirements etc., with the affiliated partners of Mediipal Healthcare Solutions
Ensure best-in-class hospitality is given to the patient
Ensure that the patient feels at home whereby providing a great healing experience
Preferred Candidate :
Excellent communication skill
Must be able to speak Hindi, English and Bengali
Ability to communicate in Kannada is an added advantage
Educational Qualification : Graduate
